Top tier of my ear cake for Arielle

I now have to do the finishing touches... like freeze it and make the rest of the cake. There were many more than the steps showed above. I also used a box cake recipe and added sour cream and vanilla pudding to make it into a non crumbly mess. Should I add an earing????
