After much debating... I decided I love my brother (Angus) and that he deserved a wonderful Phillies themed cake. This was too much to take on all on my lonesome so my friend Katie made the diamond (awesome, right???) and I made the Philly Phanatic.
I had a lot of trouble with his arms. Eventually, I ate the rice crispie arms that wouldnt stay up and wung it with some cake pop sticks and tons of icing.
If you haven't tried this yet... The Peanut Butter Butter Cream Icing on wilton.com is TO DIE FOR! It was very easy to make and work with. YUM!
