Christmas Cake 2009

The cake was made two months in advance and fed brandy. It has all of the ingredients an English Christmas Cake calls for. I then decorated it using model train set characters. This year's cake had the added bonus of NYC bums and the pretend wedding of Mike and I... Plus one Mini Cooper for Dad.
